I have been a horse trainer for many years. While it is a labor of love, it takes its toll on my body. I had this feeling of a lump in my throat. It was hard to swallow and it would not go away. I went to a homeopathic doctor who prescribed certain compounds to take away the symptoms. Nothing was helping. My sister told me I should try Reiki and that is when I spoke to Rhonda. We talked about my symptoms and what was going on in my life at the time the lump started. Since I live a few hours away from her, Rhonda said she would be doing “distance” Reiki sessions. Rhonda told me to keep a journal or to reflect on my feelings and emotions during this time. Rhonda sent me Reiki three times a week for a month. She checked in with me weekly to discuss how I was feeling. I have to say that by the time Rhonda was finished doing Reiki for me, the lump in my throat was gone.

Rhonda taught and attuned me to first degree Reiki. Sometimes I have insomnia and will wake up in the middle of the night. I always use Reiki to help me fall back to sleep. I have been amazed at how Reiki has helped me during those times”.

Rhonda has been a Reiki Master-Practitioner since 1994. She is an independent Reiki Master following the lineage of Dr. Mikao Usui.

Dr. Mikao Usui was a teacher in a Chicago Christian school who rediscovered life force energy in the mid 1800's. "I say rediscovered because Ki or Chi  makes up life in the Universe".
